Sebring Village MHP is located in Highlands County which is in about the middle of the state of Florida.  Sebring, Florida is the County seat and is a busy "little" community.  The City of Sebring, the city on the circle and home of the 12 hour Grand Prix, is heart of the area but U.S. Highway 27 is the major commerce area with lots of shopping and dining venues.

Sebring Village is a 55+ community of 395 homes.  We are an active but quiet community. The days are full of people strolling, biking, visiting neighbors, or partaking in one of the many activities sponsored here.  Sebring Village Residents have two organizations.

One is the Sebring Village Social Club, which handles all the activities in the park. These generally include Shows, Dances, Pot Lucks, Card games, Shuffleboard competition, and so many more.  Dues is low, and gives you discounts on funded activities that easily add up to more than the dues.

The second is our homeowners association, HOA.  This group is responsible under Florida State Law, FS723, to act as the legal protection for the residents, to confer with the park owner on rate increases, reduction in services and other things.  Membership is not mandatory and is only $20 per household.  Membership does give you voting rights and the right to participate in discussions and view HOA legal matter.
